Credit Analyst

Location: La Vergne, Tennessee, USA; onsite

What you will do

• Monitor credit limits and payment status for assigned key accounts and resolve collection issues.
• Forecast account payments for the company’s weekly cash forecast.
• Analyze and present financial data to support management decisions and significant-customer credit limit reviews.
• Support credit line and order approvals by analyzing financial data.
• Assist with associate training, workflow oversight, order releasing, collection activity, reporting, and Business Partner notes.
• Maintain familiarity with accounts receivable and billing systems while helping other team members as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a business-related field, or equivalent accounts receivable experience.
• Four years of credit or collections experience.
• Two years of experience interpreting financial statements and preparing cash flow analyses.
• One year of experience training or coaching others.
• Ability to work onsite in La Vergne, Tennessee.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Word, and billing systems.
