Financial Operations Analyst (Fintech)

hirify.global is a fintech company building financial and operational tools for small and medium-sized businesses across the MENAP region.

What you will do

• Maintain and correct customer tax data and prepare, review, and verify tax invoice information.
• Resolve discrepancies related to tax invoices and credit notes, and respond to related questions.
• Reconcile financial transactions and verify payment amounts and supporting documentation.
• Prepare data analyses, standard metrics, trend reports, and monthly reporting schedules.
• Analyze budget variances with cross-functional departments and support monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting.
• Identify process improvements in the month-end close process and present monthly cost analysis to finance and operations leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or an equivalent field; equivalent experience may substitute for education.
• Two to five years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and computerized ledger systems.
• Fluent English and Arabic are required.

Nice to have

• Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
