Factory Expansion Lead (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead complex factory ramp and capacity expansion programs for the Farmers Branch manufacturing site.
• Own integrated plans covering equipment readiness, facilities preparation, process qualification, staffing, supply chain, capital tracking, and production release.
• Coordinate execution across engineering, manufacturing, facilities, quality, supply chain, finance, EHS, IT, and external suppliers.
• Track milestones, dependencies, risks, resource needs, equipment delivery, installation, commissioning, qualification, and production readiness.
• Prepare executive updates, dashboards, scorecards, escalation summaries, and decision-support materials.
• Standardize ramp governance, stage gates, tools, templates, and lessons learned while improving the predictability and scalability of manufacturing readiness.

Requirements

• At least 12 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree, 8 years with a master's degree, 5 years with a PhD, or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading complex manufacturing ramps, factory startups, site expansions, factory transfers, new product introductions, or capacity enablement programs.
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, semiconductor assembly, electronics test, cleanroom operations, advanced manufacturing, or high-mix precision manufacturing.
• Advanced program management skills, including integrated scheduling, milestone and dependency tracking, risk management, governance, escalation, and executive communication.
• Experience with equipment selection, capital approval, vendor readiness, tool delivery, installation, facilities hookup, commissioning, qualification, and production release.
• Ability to influence senior leaders, technical teams, suppliers, and cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority; familiarity with Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Excel, Power BI, Jira, or similar tools.

Nice to have

• PMP, PgMP, Lean Six Sigma, APICS/ASCM, or another relevant program, operations, supply chain, or continuous improvement certification.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, manufacturing, operations management, supply chain, industrial engineering, business, or a related discipline.
