Senior Project Manager (Life Sciences)

Location: St. Louis, Missouri, USA; onsite, full-time

What you will do

• Direct and oversee consulting, design, or construction management services for complex projects.
• Manage projects with larger teams, greater scope, higher valuation, and increased complexity.
• Build and maintain client relationships that support positive project experiences and future work.
• Coordinate projects involving multiple subcontracts and integrated delivery methods.
• Lead and manage large teams, including subcontractors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or an equivalent qualification.
• At least seven years of successful project management experience.
• Demonstrated success acting as a project manager.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Intermediate understanding of core engineering disciplines and project execution in design and construction.
• Minimum of eight hours of leadership or supervisory training annually.
