Project Manager (Biopharmaceuticals)

What you will do

• Plan, manage, and track activities for multiple project teams across products, functions, and sites.
• Develop project schedules, timelines, performance requirements, and resource plans to keep projects on track.
• Coordinate communication among functional areas, outside partners, project teams, and senior staff.
• Analyze project information, identify complications, facilitate problem-solving, and build consensus.
• Present project schedules, budgets, progress, and potential challenges to management and senior staff.
• Educate project managers and cross-functional team members on effective use of project management tools, including MS Project and Smartsheet.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or business.
• Five years of experience in a biopharmaceutical environment.
• Experience in laboratory, manufacturing, engineering, quality assurance, or related biopharmaceutical functions.
• Ability to work onsite in Boca Raton, Florida.
• Must meet employment eligibility requirements verified through E-Verify.
• Strict adherence to FDA regulations, company policies, documentation standards, and data privacy requirements.
