Traveling Inplant Ink Tech / Production

Location: West Chicago, Illinois, United States

Salary: $65,000–$85,000 annually

Manufacturer of ink and coating solutions for commercial, packaging, and digital printing applications, with operations in North America, Europe, and South America.

What you will do

• Act as a liaison between the ink manufacturer and the customer.
• Provide employee coverage and support new customer start-ups.
• Support in-plant projects and maintenance activities.
• Weigh and mix batches of ink.
• Coordinate inventory levels for press requirements, receive stock, and rotate inventory.
• Perform color matching and pass a color vision test.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Strong verbal, written, reading comprehension, and math skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer tools.
• Good organizational skills.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work full-time at the customer site in West Chicago.
