Senior Recruiter-AEC

Location: Raleigh, NC, USA; full-time onsite role

What you will do

• Support the end-to-end recruiting process, including candidate screening, interviews, and offer support.
• Manage candidate communication, interview scheduling, and recruiting logistics.
• Partner with hiring managers and teams to clarify role needs and support hiring decisions.
• Track candidate pipelines and requisitions, maintaining accurate data and progress against recruiting KPIs.
• Build relationships with candidates, hiring teams, and stakeholders while supporting a diverse workforce.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of recruiting experience.
• Experience managing multiple candidates or requisitions simultaneously.
• Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and scheduling tools.
• AEC and/or life sciences or pharmaceutical recruiting experience is highly preferred.
