What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for automotive service and repair matters.
• Listen to customer concerns and coordinate appropriate service and repairs.
• Act as the communication link between customers, managers, and technicians.
• Explain required repairs and recommended maintenance to customers.
• Set and manage customer and technician expectations for service delivery.
• Support accurate, timely repairs and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Broad automotive mechanical and electrical knowledge.
• Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Excellent communication, customer service, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional appearance, dependable conduct, positive attitude, and ability to remain composed under stress.
• Basic computer and internet skills; CDK or X-Time experience is preferred.

Nice to have

• Post-secondary automotive training or equivalent work experience.
• At least one year of dealer-level or large-facility experience.
• Import-brand experience.
