Field Operations Coordinator (Automotive)

Location: Stockton, CA; candidates should reside in or near Stockton. Onsite field work operates Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. PST.

Salary: $24.00-$28.00 per hour, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and other relevant factors.

What you will do

• Conduct engine, transmission, interior, and exterior vehicle assessments using hirify.global's mobile application.
• Document vehicle damage and other concerns accurately and submit detailed inspection reports electronically.
• Coordinate with dealerships to support adherence to hirify.global inspection standards and guidelines.
• Collaborate with the Regional Operations Manager, sales team, operations team, and dealerships to maintain efficient workflows.
• Distribute flyers and promotional materials to buying dealers as part of marketing efforts.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of automotive experience as a vehicle mechanic or equivalent mechanical background.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a motor vehicle.
• Proficiency with technology and electronic submission of inspection reports.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
