What you will do

• Diagnose and repair domestic and foreign vehicles using automotive knowledge and technical skills.
• Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
• Troubleshoot customer concerns with technicians and the service department.
• Communicate vehicle issues clearly and work collaboratively to meet deadlines.
• Follow and promote high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as an automotive technician or mechanic.
• Ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models of vehicles.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, strong communication, and a desire to serve customers.
• Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes.
• Ability to lift or move more than 100 pounds occasionally, work in tight spaces, and use hand tools with dexterity.
• Ability to stand or walk for most of the workday, drive manual transmission vehicles, work on elevated vehicles, and use a computer.
