Automotive Service Advisor / Writer (Automotive)

Location: 1302 N. Woodlawn Blvd., Wichita, Kansas, United States. Onsite, full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; weekends are closed.

Salary: Up to $75,000 annually.

What you will do

• Welcome guests and guide them through the vehicle repair process.
• Explain repair recommendations and present appropriate service solutions clearly and honestly.
• Manage store workflow and coordinate customer service activities in a high-volume environment.
• Communicate professionally by phone and keep guests informed about vehicle status.
• Build long-term customer relationships and maintain a positive team atmosphere.
• Shuttle guests as needed, ensure repairs meet specifications, and support other employees.

Requirements

• Experience in automotive customer service, service writing, advising, or sales.
• Current driver's license and a driving record acceptable to the insurance carrier.
• Proficiency with Windows-based software and automotive store applications.
• Dependable and reliable attendance for the scheduled Monday–Friday shift.
• Ability to stand and walk for most of the workday, occasionally lift and carry objects over 50 pounds, and maintain a brisk work pace.
