Automotive Service Advisor / Writer (Automotive)

Location: Onsite at 6801 W. Hefner Road, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, United States. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–6:00pm; weekends closed.

Compensation: Up to $75,000 per year for highly qualified candidates, plus potential team performance bonuses.

What you will do

• Greet customers and guide them through the vehicle repair process.
• Present clear, honest repair solutions and sell services with integrity.
• Manage store workflow and coordinate customer service activities in a high-volume environment.
• Communicate professionally by phone and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Coordinate repairs, verify that work meets specifications, and assist other employees.
• Shuttle customers as needed using a company-branded vehicle.

Requirements

• Previous experience in automotive customer service, service writing, advising, or sales.
• Current driver's license and a driving record acceptable to the insurance carrier.
• Proficiency with Windows-based computer software and automotive store applications.
• Dependability and reliability for the Monday–Friday schedule.
• Ability to remain on your feet for most of the workday, occasionally lift and carry objects over 50 pounds, and maintain a brisk pace.
