Director, Hyperscaler / AI Accelerator Power

Location: San Jose, California; onsite with no remote work available

Annual pay range: $220,000–$280,000 USD, plus eligibility for bonus opportunities.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end AWS or NVIDIA Custom AI Power business, including strategy, revenue, margins, execution, and P&L health.
• Build multi-generation product roadmaps for power modules, digital controllers, and lateral power stages in alignment with customer roadmaps.
• Manage portfolio priorities, investment cases, pricing, forecasting, commercial strategy, and manufacturing strategy.
• Develop executive and working-level relationships with customer power, silicon, systems, and business teams.
• Lead dedicated product management, customer program management, and product marketing resources.
• Personally drive a key product from NPI through volume ramp, coordinating design, silicon, testing, suppliers, and internal and external manufacturing.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the power management or power semiconductor industry.
• Deep technical knowledge of power delivery, including modules, digital controllers, power stages, or related power conversion technologies.
• Experience running a business or product line end-to-end, including strategy, roadmap ownership, portfolio decisions, and financial management.
• Experience engaging with sophisticated customers such as hyperscalers, cloud infrastructure providers, or AI and compute silicon companies.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and operating hands-on in a fast-moving, developing business.
• BS in Electrical Engineering or a related field required.

• Experience with hyperscaler or AI accelerator customers.
• MS or MBA.
• Experience collaborating across US, Taiwan, and China sites.
