What you will do

• Collaborate with GIS teams to deliver complex geospatial solutions.
• Develop GIS solutions, datasets, spatial analyses, web maps, web apps, and feature services.
• Apply vector and raster workflows to planning, operations, infrastructure, and asset management needs.
• Estimate level of effort with project managers and technical leads.
• Provide task updates during scrum calls and respond to client requests.
• Gather client requirements, lead demonstrations, and learn new technologies quickly.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in GIS, Geography, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 2 years of professional GIS experience with increasing independence and exposure to operational GIS applications.
• Advanced knowledge of ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, and ArcGIS Enterprise.
• Experience with complex vector and raster spatial analysis and geospatial process automation using Python.
• Ability to use Arcade with ArcGIS Pro, Experience Builder, Dashboards, and Web Maps.
• Knowledge of relational geospatial databases such as PostgreSQL/PostGIS or SQL Server, plus open-source GIS tools.

Nice to have

• Master of GIS degree.
• Asset management experience, including inventories, data governance, inspection workflows, and enterprise asset management integrations.
• FAA Part 107 Drone License and familiarity with imagery and LiDAR derivatives.
• Experience with GIS in engineering, REST APIs, ETLs, GET/POST requests, JavaScript widgets, and ArcGIS Enterprise architecture.
