What you will do

• Support the origination, structuring, and execution of financing transactions across project, leveraged, real estate, asset, syndicated loan, debt capital markets, fund finance, securitization, and structured finance products.
• Prepare financial analyses, models, credit assessments, rating considerations, comparable analyses, sensitivity cases, risk assessments, and transaction return analyses.
• Prepare client presentations, market updates, financing proposals, internal credit papers, committee materials, term sheets, and transaction documentation.
• Coordinate due diligence, internal approvals, documentation, and closing activities with internal stakeholders and external advisers.
• Support syndication and DCM execution by analyzing market conditions, pricing, investor and lender feedback, distribution strategies, and execution risks.
• Monitor existing transactions, including exposure, covenant compliance, waivers, amendments, refinancing opportunities, and periodic credit reviews.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant experience for Analyst level or 3–5 years for Associate level in investment banking, capital markets, project finance, structured finance, or leveraged finance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred.
• Strong credit, financial analysis, and financial modeling skills, including assessment of cash flows, downside scenarios, risk allocation, transaction returns, and market comparables.
• Good understanding of financing documentation, due diligence, internal credit approvals, syndication, distribution, and cross-border transaction execution.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and accountability for deliverables.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with debt and loan capital markets execution, including pricing dynamics, investor feedback, orderbook considerations, and execution windows.
• Additional Asian language skills.
