What you will do

• Support the origination, structuring, and execution of infrastructure, project, acquisition, leveraged, real estate, asset, syndicated loan, DCM, fund finance, securitization, and other structured financing transactions.
• Prepare financial analysis, models, credit analysis, rating considerations, comparable analysis, sensitivity cases, risk assessments, and transaction return analyses.
• Prepare client presentations, market updates, financing proposals, internal credit papers, committee materials, term sheets, and transaction documentation.
• Coordinate due diligence, internal approvals, documentation, and closing activities with internal stakeholders and external advisers.
• Support syndication and DCM execution, including pricing, investor and lender feedback, distribution strategy, and execution risk analysis.
• Monitor existing transactions, exposure, covenant compliance, waivers, amendments, refinancing opportunities, and periodic credit reviews.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of relevant experience in project finance, structured finance, acquisition or leveraged finance, and/or DCM syndication.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred.
• Strong credit, financial analysis, and financial modelling skills, including assessment of cash flows, downside scenarios, risk allocation, transaction returns, and market comparables.
• Good understanding of financing documentation, due diligence, internal credit approvals, syndication, distribution, and cross-border transaction execution.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with strong attention to detail and accountability.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and the ability to collaborate across internal and external stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with debt or loan capital markets execution, including pricing dynamics, orderbook considerations, investor feedback, and execution windows.
• Additional Asian language skills.
