Inside Sales & Contracts Coordinator (Flow Control)

What you will do

• Manage customer orders for standard and customized solutions in the company’s MRP system, including changes and customer enquiries.
• Provide accurate, timely customer service and resolve routine customer queries.
• Coordinate order documentation, approvals, status reports, delivery dates, and production or delivery delays.
• Liaise and negotiate with customers, sales, operations, factory, and other internal departments to support order fulfilment.
• Investigate and resolve customer and quality complaints in collaboration with the Quality department.
• Identify cross-selling and value-selling opportunities with existing customers.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a relevant or similar role.
• Strong customer service experience and a customer-focused attitude.
• Good communication, interpersonal, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
• Strong attention to detail, commercial awareness, and the ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team, proactively solve problems, and manage change.

Nice to have

• Degree, professional qualification, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in the flow control industry or a similar field.
• Experience with ERP systems, including MTMS, Global Shop, CE, D365, or SharePoint.
• Basic knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Awareness of market trends and emerging technologies.
