Specialist, Financial Controller (Finance)

What you will do

• Partner with regional and local stakeholders across APAC, Europe, and Turkey to ensure accurate and timely month-end close for the Q-Commerce portfolio.
• Develop and maintain financial models and tools for month-end close, forecasting, and annual budgeting.
• Perform variance analysis and explain financial performance and key business drivers.
• Prepare management reporting decks and financial insights for strategic decision-making.
• Monitor KPIs and financial metrics while collaborating with FP&A and Business Insights teams.
• Lead process optimization, accounting standardization, systems implementation, and automation projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 5–6 years of experience in accounting, auditing, or finance roles; Big Four audit experience is highly preferred.
• English proficiency is required for written and verbal communication.
• Expert-level knowledge of finance, complex financial modeling, budgeting, and GAAP.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and build scalable, automated financial systems.
