What you will do
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Analyze business performance, profitability, and financial results.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations for business decisions.
- Partner with Commercial, Operations, and Supply Chain functions.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators, identify cost optimization opportunities, and support efficiency improvements.
- Support investment evaluations, growth initiatives, financial controls, reporting, cash flow management, working capital monitoring, and audit processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in Business Controlling, FP&A, or Commercial Finance.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and local accounting standards.
- Experience with ERP and reporting tools such as SAP, Power BI, BFC, or QlikView.
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills.
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills, with high attention to detail and integrity.
Nice to have
- Experience in a manufacturing or multinational environment.
- Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CA.
