Software Architect TAS (AI)

Location: Budapest, Szeged, Pécs, or Debrecen, Hungary. Remote work is available only within Hungary due to European taxation regulations.

What you will do

• Design and evolve the architecture of Talent Acquisition products.
• Develop core platform capabilities and integration components.
• Support engineering teams with architecture and technology decisions.
• Design and implement AI- and LLM-based solutions and bring them into production.
• Ensure scalability, quality, security, compliance, and sustainable technical quality across systems.
• Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and promote engineering best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in software architecture and production-grade application development.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, APIs, distributed systems, and CI/CD.
• Hands-on experience delivering AI or LLM-based solutions into production.
• Understanding of data privacy, compliance, and AI governance requirements.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and guide technical decision-making.
• Excellent English communication skills and availability to work from Hungary.

• Experience with recruiting, HR technology, or talent management solutions.
