E & I Site Engineer

What you will do

• Supervise electrical and instrumentation installation, including cabling, instrumentation, equipment mounting, tubing, and cable trays.
• Review and interpret electrical and instrumentation drawings, specifications, and datasheets.
• Coordinate contractors and other disciplines to support smooth site execution.
• Monitor daily progress, prepare site reports, and resolve technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and QA/QC procedures and support commissioning and handover activities.
• Apply the Permit to Work system during site activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry; ADNOC experience is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of E&I installation practices and IEC, NEC, and API standards.
• Ability to read electrical and instrumentation drawings and specifications.
• Experience with cable laying, terminations, and loop checking.
• Understanding of safety regulations and permit systems, with proficiency in MS Office and basic engineering software.
