Senior Manager Analog Engineering (Mixed-Signal ASIC)

Location: Duluth, Georgia, USA; onsite

Salary: USD 100,000–185,000 yearly. Additional information lists an expected annual base pay range of USD 225,000K–275,000K plus bonus opportunities.

What you will do

• Lead a team of analog designers and serve as the technical project lead for configurable mixed-signal ASIC development.
• Drive product definition, system architecture, and IP requirements while optimizing performance, power, and die size.
• Lead design, verification, and layout planning with the project manager.
• Develop comprehensive analog and mixed-signal verification plans and ensure high-quality development through peer reviews and documentation.
• Collaborate with test development, product engineering, bench evaluation, qualification, and quality assurance teams through market release.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members.

Requirements

• MSEE and 15 years of experience in analog and mixed-signal design.
• Expertise in common analog design practices, including precision analog circuitry.
• Experience with power management circuits and high-voltage circuitry using BCD processes.
• Ability to develop system architectures and knowledge of analog circuit modeling and AMS simulations.
• Understanding of digital design flow, packaging, test engineering, quality assurance, and product engineering.
• Strong communication, big-picture thinking, attention to detail, and team mentoring skills.
