Manager, Electrical Engineering (Analog PCB Design)

Location: Milpitas, California, United States; onsite role.

Base pay: $153,300.00–$224,833.00 annually.

What you will do

• Lead electrical engineers working on analog electronics, sensors, image acquisition, and signal integrity for PCBs and cables.
• Collaborate with system engineers and subsystem leaders to define electrical system and subsystem specifications.
• Define electronics architecture for next-generation inspection products.
• Manage the electrical engineering schedule, budget, prioritization, external vendors, and contractors.
• Integrate and test subsystems against design specifications and reliability targets.
• Review test plans and results to shorten development time.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
• 6+ years of relevant experience with proven leadership ability, including 2+ years of management experience.
• Preferred experience includes 5+ years in an electrical engineering manager role.
• For candidates with a bachelor’s degree: 7+ years of experience; with a master’s degree: 5+ years; with a PhD: 3+ years.

• Knowledge of advanced FPGA design.
