Manager, Electrical Engineering (Analog PCB Design)

Base pay: $153,300–$260,600 annually

What you will do

• Lead electrical engineers designing analog electronics, sensors, image acquisition systems, and signal-integrity solutions for PCBs and cables.
• Define electrical system and subsystem specifications with system engineers and functional leaders.
• Develop electronics architecture for next-generation inspection products.
• Manage the electrical engineering schedule, budget, priorities, and deliverables.
• Coordinate external vendors and contractors to deliver reliable subsystems that meet design specifications.
• Integrate and test subsystems, and review test plans and results to shorten development time.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field, or equivalent relevant education and experience.
• 6+ years of relevant experience with a proven ability to lead.
• At least 2 years of management experience.
• Preferred: 5+ years in an electrical engineering manager role; experience requirements vary by degree level.
