Manager, Finance Insights

What you will do

• Manage annual budgeting and monthly rolling forecasts for multiple business units.
• Analyze business KPIs, trends, and forecasts in collaboration with management stakeholders.
• Prepare monthly variance analysis and explain results against forecasts, budgets, and prior-year performance.
• Develop financial analyses and models for projects and strategic initiatives.
• Drive cost-saving initiatives and promote operational efficiency.
• Improve internal reporting templates and finance processes while providing ad hoc support.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of post-qualification experience in audit, consulting, or a related field.
• CIMA, ACCA, CPA, or ACA qualification is preferred.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables and lookups.
• Experience with report automation tools such as Google Data Studio and Looker.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to take ownership, work under pressure, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
