What you will do
- Identify and document automation, RPA, workflow, and AI-assisted improvement opportunities in Finance Shared Service Center processes.
- Gather, structure, and validate business requirements, including accounting logic, controls, and data quality needs.
- Support existing automation solutions and coordinate incidents, changes, testing, and business-side root cause analysis.
- Coordinate with Finance Operations, Finance Process Owners, IT, and the global Automation/RPA Team.
- Report automation pipeline status, risks, and benefits to local management and the global Automation/RPA Team.
Requirements
- Experience in Finance Shared Service Center processes or comparable Finance Operations environments.
- Good accounting knowledge and strong understanding of finance processes, postings, reconciliations, controls, and reporting requirements.
- Understanding of automation technologies, workflow solutions, RPA, and AI use cases in Finance.
- Structured and proactive working style with strong communication skills.
- Fluent English required.
