Finance Process Lead (Record to Report)

What you will do

• Lead the global transformation, performance, and strategic direction of Record to Report processes.
• Design and deliver improvements across finance processes, policies, data, technology, and service delivery.
• Identify and implement simplification, standardisation, and automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with finance and functional leads, external partners, and BPO Process Leads to improve end-to-end alignment.
• Own service performance, service-level management, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement.
• Lead change initiatives, support Finance Delivery Centre expansion, and advise senior stakeholders on finance processes.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent.
• Experience contributing to business strategy development.
• Knowledge of Record to Report processes, associated technologies, and data-quality applications.
• Recognised expertise in Record to Report in a previous organisation or internally.
• Ability to apply expertise to complex problems and coordinate work beyond the immediate area of responsibility.
• Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals and financial statements, with clear and confident communication.
