TL;DR
Back Office Controller (Automotive): Controlling maintenance and repair costs for vehicles in the German market with an accent on financial data accuracy, cost tracking, and operational reporting. Location: Onsite at Albania headquarters in Tirana, Albania; Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

What you will do
- Monitor, analyze, and control vehicle maintenance and repair costs for the German market.
- Process, validate, and document production-related financial data and invoices.
- Calculate and track vehicle maintenance and repair costs.
- Analyze cost trends and deviations and prepare regular reports and performance analyses.
- Monitor budgets, actual costs, and financial performance while identifying optimization opportunities.
- Support the automation and further development of controlling processes and tools.
Requirements
- Degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, or a related field.
- A few years of experience in controlling, finance, accounting, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced MS Excel skills and the ability to interpret financial and operational data.
- Strong attention to detail, structured working style, ownership, and accountability.
- Excellent command of English required.
Nice to have
- Experience in cost controlling, production controlling, or operational finance.
- Experience with ERP systems or other financial tools.
- German language skills.
