Moulder Technician

What you will do

• Safely operate and monitor blow moulders, vision inspection systems, leak testers, conveyors, grinders, and bagging equipment.
• Maintain production targets and schedules across a 24/5 manufacturing operation.
• Check product quality, food safety, customer requirements, and applicable WHS and environmental standards.
• Record production and downtime data to support continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot operational issues, escalate problems when necessary, and report maintenance requirements.
• Maintain housekeeping and workplace organisation standards while collaborating with Quality, Production, and Maintenance teams.

Requirements

• Experience operating blow moulding machinery or similar industrial equipment.
• At least one year of experience maintaining blow moulding machines.
• Strong mechanical aptitude; a trade qualification is advantageous.
• Experience in food manufacturing or a similar high-quality production environment.
• Ability to identify issues, analyse problems, and develop cost-efficient solutions.
• Flexibility to work independently and as part of a two-person shift team across day, afternoon, or night shifts.
