Starting weekly rate: from $1,154.82 AUD, with shift loadings, overtime eligibility, superannuation, and an annual performance bonus.

What you will do
- Operate machinery and equipment to process and manufacture steel products.
- Operate forklifts and cranes where required.
- Pack and strap products and monitor output for quality control.
- Support and promote a safe working environment with strong attention to detail.
- Perform lifting and manual handling tasks in a variable industrial environment.
Requirements
- No previous operations or manufacturing experience is required; comprehensive on-the-job training is provided.
- Ability to work a rotating roster across day, afternoon, and night shifts.
- Safety-first approach, effective communication, teamwork, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment medical, including urine drug and alcohol screening, and reference checks.
