Team Member Dayshift Operations Technician (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite in Albury, NSW, Australia; Monday to Friday dayshift, 5:00am–1:06pm.

What you will do

• Support the dayshift supervisor with daily shift planning, scheduling, and efficiency improvements.
• Service customers attending the site while minimizing waiting times.
• Support safe loading and unloading of trucks.
• Pick and pack orders to meet deadlines and operate processing equipment.
• Operate forklifts and production machinery while monitoring product quality and maintaining safe operations.

Requirements

• Demonstrated leadership abilities in a formal or informal capacity.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a physically active manufacturing environment.
• Positive attitude, reliability, good communication skills, and willingness to learn.
• Commitment to safety, respect, and an inclusive workplace.
• Current forklift licence is desirable but not required; training will be provided.
