Business Development Coordinator

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end merchant onboarding workflows in Salesforce.
• Coordinate with Content, QC, and Operations teams to process partner accounts efficiently.
• Oversee catalog onboarding, including image and product uploads according to quality guidelines.
• Review, qualify, and manage inbound leads to support sales pipeline efficiency.
• Maintain accurate onboarding progress, lead statuses, and operational updates in CRM tools.
• Identify bottlenecks and improve the partner onboarding journey.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in sales operations, e-commerce, or coordination is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn digital tools; Salesforce or CRM experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace applications, including Sheets and Docs.
• Strong attention to detail when managing content uploads, partner data, and documentation.
• Effective communication skills in English are required for cross-functional coordination.
• Eagerness to learn and readiness to work in a fast-paced environment.
