Transportation Logistics Operator (Logistics)

Location: San Diego, CA, USA

Compensation: USD 28–31 per hour

What you will do

• Coordinate and schedule delivery appointments for major retail customers, including Walmart, Sam’s Club, Target, Costco, Amazon, and BJ’s.
• Communicate with customers, carriers, and internal transportation teams about shipments and delivery schedules.
• Request, confirm, and update delivery appointments through customer portals.
• Track inbound and outbound shipments, provide accurate ETAs, and maintain shipment reports and tracking spreadsheets.
• Investigate and resolve late, delayed, refused, rescheduled, damaged, or short deliveries and escalate urgent issues.
• Maintain accurate shipment and customer information while supporting daily logistics operations.

Requirements

• Strong communication, customer service, organization, time management, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Fluent English and Korean or bilingual English and Spanish communication.
• Three to six years of experience in logistics, transportation, or customer service preferred.
• Experience scheduling delivery appointments and working with carriers, customers, and internal teams.
• Familiarity with retail customer portals such as Walmart, Target, Costco, Amazon, Sam’s Club, or BJ’s.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word; high school diploma or equivalent.
