Wellness Nurse (LPN) Part-Time

Location: Wall Township, New Jersey, United States; onsite

Salary: USD 38–40 per hour

What you will do

• Provide direct nursing care and monitor residents’ health, safety, and well-being.
• Conduct thorough resident assessments and promote holistic wellness.
• Assist with training and monitoring medication administration.
• Supervise care staff and certified nursing assistants in line with regulations and community policies.
• Maintain clinical quality assurance according to federal, state, and local standards.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and a current LPN license.
• Experience with residents who have Alzheimer’s disease or related dementias.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, techniques, methods, and applicable federal and state regulations.
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, Windows, Outlook, and Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and lift or carry up to 50 pounds.

Nice to have

• At least two years of experience in long-term care, assisted living, home health, or a hospital setting.
