Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Assisted Living

Salary: $37–$43 per hour

What you will do

• Administer medications in compliance with federal and state regulations and company guidelines.
• Complete admissions, assessments, discharges, care plans, service plans, and clinical documentation as needed.
• Track clinical matters such as wounds and infection control under the director’s guidance.
• Provide health-related consultation and respond quickly to resident emergencies.
• Notify physicians and family members about changes in residents’ health and document all relevant information.
• Communicate with departments and staff, provide educational meetings, and maintain resident confidentiality.

Requirements

• Training from an accredited licensed or vocational nursing program with a focus on general nursing.
• At least 1 year of experience in senior care or a related field.
• Current Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of practice.
• CPR certification required.
• English proficiency sufficient for job duties, workplace communication, and emergency situations.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to work safely under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and remain calm in critical situations.
