BIM Coordinator (Revit/Navisworks)

What you will do

• Coordinate multidisciplinary MEP models across major construction projects.
• Manage clash detection and resolution using Revit and Navisworks Manage.
• Produce coordinated models, construction drawings, sections, schedules, and 3D visuals.
• Manage BIM information in Common Data Environments, including Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360, Procore, and Viewpoint.
• Coordinate subcontractor models and integrate them into master project models.
• Support project delivery, prefabrication, digital handover, and as-built model development.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience as a BIM Coordinator or BIM Technician in M&E or building services.
• Strong knowledge of Revit MEP and Navisworks Manage.
• Experience coordinating mechanical, electrical, and public health services.
• Understanding of BIM standards, ISO 19650, digital construction processes, and Common Data Environments.
• Strong communication, coordination, prioritization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
