BIM Manager

Location: Hybrid in Plymouth, Devon, United Kingdom, with 2–3 days per week on site. UK residency and nationality restrictions apply due to the secure nature of the project.

What you will do

• Lead project information management activities for a major infrastructure programme.
• Manage BIM processes, information requirements, and data deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
• Establish, maintain, assure, and deliver compliant information management processes.
• Work with project stakeholders to support digital project delivery and BIM compliance.
• Audit models and support quality assurance and quality control activities.
• Provide reporting, technical documentation, and practical project support.

Requirements

• Demonstrable BIM management experience in a project delivery environment.
• Strong understanding of construction management, construction regulations, and project delivery practices.
• Advanced proficiency with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or Bentley software.
• Experience with model auditing, quality assurance, and quality control processes.
• Strong data management, reporting, and technical documentation skills.
• SC Clearance is required, and restrictions related to UK residency and nationality apply.

Nice to have

• Good working knowledge of ISO 19650, PAS 1192, and the UK BIM Framework.
• Excellent communication skills with a professional and collaborative approach.
