Senior Auditor with focus on Operations & Change (Financial Services)

Location: Bratislava, Slovakia; hybrid work format

Base salary: €3,100–€5,100 per month for a full-time role, plus potential performance-based rewards and benefits.

What you will do

• Participate in end-to-end internal audits focused on operations, transformation, and change.
• Own audit tasks and contribute to effective audit delivery.
• Lead and steer audits while contributing expertise to the Group Internal Audit plan.
• Build relationships with senior management and engage stakeholders across multiple business lines.
• Use risk-focused techniques, data analytics, and automation in audit activities.
• Coach audit team members and act as a role model for high-quality delivery.

Requirements

• 5–7 or more years of experience in the financial services industry.
• In-depth understanding of end-to-end operations processes.
• Experience auditing transformation projects.
• Understanding of governance processes and controls.
• Experience with internal or external reviews and audits.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
