Mid/Senior Business Analyst with German

Location: Poland; flexible remote, hybrid, or on-site work available in Gliwice or Opole.

What you will do

• Analyze business and regulatory requirements, assess their impact on IT systems, and identify necessary adjustments.
• Gather and align business and technical requirements through workshops, interviews, and stakeholder meetings.
• Create functional specifications, business concepts, user stories, process workflows, and process maps.
• Translate business needs into IT-specific designs and configurations and support IT implementations.
• Integrate AI-driven solutions into requirement analysis, decision-making, process optimization, and system configuration.
• Prepare and execute UAT, perform gap analyses, and facilitate communication between business and technical teams.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or an equivalent field, preferably with strong academic results.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, IT Project Manager, or in a comparable role in an Agile environment.
• Experience with BPMN, UML, Agile, and Scrum, plus strong requirements-gathering and process-mapping skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and agile project-management tools such as MS Project, Jira/Atlassian, and Azure DevOps.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong organization, communication, attention to detail, and willingness to travel approximately 5–6 times per year.

Nice to have

• IREB, ISTQB, or a similar certification.
