Pre-Sales Senior BA (AI)

Location: Ukraine, Poland, or Cyprus; remote or hybrid format available. Occasional client calls may take place between 6–8 PM CET.

What you will do

• Lead discovery sessions, client interviews, and research to define project scopes, user stories, MVPs, and initial roadmaps.
• Shape tailored solutions with sales, business development, and technical teams.
• Create proposals covering solution overviews, technical requirements, budgets, and timelines.
• Present proposed solutions to clients and explain technical and business approaches to non-technical stakeholders.
• Research markets and competitors to strengthen service offerings.
• Hand over requirements to delivery and project teams during the early stages of projects.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, software, or consulting, with a focus on pre-sales.
• Experience planning and leading discovery phases and defining structured project scopes and MVPs.
• Ability to analyze business processes and translate client requests into functional specifications.
• Strong communication, presentation, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with AI-assisted tools such as ChatGPT or Notion AI for research, documentation, and proposal drafting.
• Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English proficiency required.
