Senior Manager - Global IT Operations Manager

What you will do

• Lead integrated IT operations across cloud platforms and FinOps, infrastructure and networks, digital workplace, service delivery automation, and ServiceNow.
• Establish governance forums, service catalogues, platform governance, roadmaps, prioritisation, and value-realisation tracking.
• Manage global managed service providers and system integrators through outcome-based SLA and KPI frameworks.
• Own performance across availability, resilience, service continuity, service quality, user experience, and operational cost efficiency.
• Drive automation across ServiceNow, service desks, self-service, infrastructure-as-code, policy-driven provisioning, and AI-enabled operations.
• Lead a three-year IT operations transformation roadmap and support secure IT/OT integration for industrial IoT and smart assets.

Requirements

• 12–15+ years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure, or platform leadership across multi-domain IT environments.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, engineering, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Azure or equivalent cloud platforms, infrastructure and network architecture, M365, and ServiceNow.
• Deep familiarity with ITIL v4 service management, FinOps, cost optimisation, automation, AIOps, and AI-enabled operations.
• Experience with large-scale infrastructure transformation, outsourced and SIAM operating models, vendor governance, and performance management.
• Working knowledge of IT/OT convergence, Zero Trust architecture, and OT security and segmentation.

Nice to have

• ITIL v4 Managing Professional or Strategic Leader certification.
• Azure Solutions Architect, TOGAF, enterprise architecture, or FinOps certification.
• Experience in energy, utilities, industrial sectors, financial services, or private-equity-backed organisations.
