Maintenance Technician I, 2nd Shift (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite at 205 Ingram Dr, Roseburg, Oregon, USA. Starting schedule is Sunday–Thursday, 3:30 p.m.–midnight, with flexibility for a possible 12-hour shift after onboarding.

Salary: $30.25 per hour and up, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Diagnose equipment failures and perform complex emergency, unscheduled, and corrective repairs.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, servo, and manufacturing equipment.
• Complete scheduled preventive maintenance and maintain equipment according to OEM standards.
• Read equipment manuals, work orders, electrical schematics, and technical prints to perform maintenance.
• Operate forklifts, order selectors, pallet jacks, floor sweepers, and other motorized equipment as needed.
• Document facility and equipment conditions, report unusual situations, and help reduce downtime affecting service-level agreements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of technician experience in a production or manufacturing environment, or equivalent directly related education.
• Ability to troubleshoot AC/DC control wiring and relay logic, with a basic understanding of PLCs.
• General understanding of facility electrical wiring, power distribution, and mechanical functions.
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of INFOR-EAM or a comparable maintenance management system.
