Managed Account Administrator

Location: Hybrid role in New York, NY, United States. Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; moderate travel required.

Salary: $5,520.89–$8,833.42 USD per month.

What you will do

• Manage and expand relationships with assigned customers and serve as the primary communication link and single point of contact.
• Coordinate internal departments and provide direction to support customer requirements and service performance.
• Identify and resolve operational problems, investigate service failures, and oversee corrective actions.
• Develop customer procedures, satisfaction measures, performance assessments, and Customer Business Reviews.
• Coordinate claims, protests, duty refunds, and duty tenders on behalf of customers.
• Support new service implementation as PMO, provide mentoring and training, and drive account retention, profitability, and revenue growth.

Requirements

• Two years of experience in brokerage or transportation, including knowledge of customs and federal agency laws, regulations, and procedures; at least one year in account management or customer service with direct customer contact.
• Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and office equipment.
• Ability to handle high-volume, time-sensitive work independently with minimal supervision.
• Detail-oriented, collaborative, and results-driven approach.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• CCS certification and broker license.
