Director, Product Deployment and Rollout Pandora

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end product rollout strategies across vendor, customer, marketing, quick commerce, fintech, and rider services.
• Establish governance structures, manage timelines and milestones, and apply rigorous project management practices.
• Coordinate dependencies across Product, Tech, Operations, Legal and Compliance, and Finance.
• Identify rollout risks, develop mitigation plans, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery without disruption.
• Define and monitor rollout KPIs, prepare performance reports, and implement post-launch corrective actions.
• Lead and mentor the rollout team while improving deployment processes through lessons learned.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in product management, operations, or project management.
• Experience managing large-scale rollouts across multiple markets and functions.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex initiatives on time and within scope.
• Strong strategic thinking, leadership, communication, and executive stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with risk management, issue resolution, KPI tracking, and actionable performance insights.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams across the organization.
