Senior Agent Architect (AI)

What you will do

• Design end-to-end solution architectures for AI agent deployments across CRMs, ERPs, ticketing systems, and contact center platforms.
• Build and configure integrations using APIs and integration platforms, including complex data flows, transformations, and field mappings.
• Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers, Product, Solution Engineering, Sales, partners, and customers to resolve technical blockers and scope deployments.
• Apply structured testing to validate integration reliability, architecture quality, and AI agent performance in real-world conditions.
• Translate customer workflows into prompts and conversational components using LLM knowledge, including embeddings, prompt engineering, and A/B testing.
• Fine-tune conversational flows and voice output with SSML, lexicons, and regular expressions, and document implementation best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in enterprise customer-facing roles involving solution architecture, systems architecture, or enterprise integration.
• Experience with complex SaaS implementations at scale, including CRMs, ERPs, contact center platforms, or ticketing systems.
• Proficiency in REST APIs, JSON/XML data structures, Postman or similar API testing tools, and OAuth, API key, and JWT authentication.
• Experience reading enterprise SaaS API documentation and handling data transformation and field-mapping logic.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, project-management, stakeholder-management, and communication skills.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English are required.

Nice to have

• Prior conversation design, prompt engineering, chain-of-thought or few-shot learning experience.
• Experience with A/B testing for conversational or AI agent performance.
