Lead AI Solution Architect (AI)

Location: Europe-based, preferably CEE; remote, with potential future hybrid work in Prague. Listed locations: Netherlands, Germany, France, and Belgium.

What you will do

• Design end-to-end architectures and technical blueprints for enterprise AI initiatives in the insurance sector.
• Select LLMs, orchestration frameworks, databases, cloud infrastructure, and other technical components.
• Define secure and scalable LLM orchestration and enterprise integration patterns.
• Lead technical discovery workshops with business, architecture, security, and engineering stakeholders.
• Produce Architecture Design Documents and guide development squads during implementation.
• Review designs, evaluate third-party AI platforms, and support buy-versus-build decisions.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in solution architecture, software architecture, cloud architecture, or comparable senior technical roles.
• Proven experience designing and governing enterprise-scale AI and application architectures on AWS.
• Strong understanding of LLM architectures, orchestration layers, enterprise integration, APIs, data platforms, security, and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience designing secure, scalable, and highly available enterprise applications.
• Experience producing architecture documentation and leading architecture across multiple engineering squads.
• Fluent professional Dutch and English are required.
