Logistics Senior Coordinator - Bilingual (Korean/English)

Location: Based in Coppell, with work from Plano approximately two days per week for meetings

Compensation: USD 30–32 per hour

What you will do

• Create daily tracking reports for air import, ocean import, and over-the-road operations, including weekend coverage.
• Coordinate departure schedules with ports, terminals, airports, terminal operators, customs brokers, carriers, and freight forwarders.
• Track ocean containers, rail intermodal units, and air shipments while validating import documentation and proof of delivery.
• Manage transload warehouse capacity, utilization, and KPIs, resolving bottlenecks and implementing corrective actions.
• Schedule and dispatch truckload outbound orders through a transportation management system, optimizing routes and load consolidation.
• Handle shipment claims, documentation, escalations, and compliance with trade, hazardous materials, and security requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
• At least six years of logistics coordination experience focused on international air and ocean freight.
• Hands-on experience with international air, ocean, and over-the-road freight forwarding, transload warehouse operations, and truckload dispatch.
• Strong knowledge of international freight regulations and customs procedures.
• Proficiency with ERP and logistics systems such as SAP, TMS, or WMS, plus advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
• Bilingual Korean and English communication skills required.
