Experience Concierge Representative (Private Aviation)

Location: Raleigh, NC, USA; full-time on-site in the Raleigh office, Monday through Friday. Travel up to 25%, with occasional travel to company locations, customer sites, or business events. Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States and provide two forms of Federal Identification.

What you will do

• Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients, understanding their preferences and arranging bespoke services.
• Plan and oversee client trips, including flight coordination, gourmet catering, ground services, and special requests.
• Communicate trip arrangements, updates, and enhancements across multiple channels.
• Handle billing inquiries, maintain accurate client account records, and protect confidential information.
• Identify and resolve problems during client journeys while coordinating with flight crews, internal stakeholders, and luxury service providers.
• Collect client feedback to improve luxury services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience; the degree is listed as preferred.
• At least 1 year of private aviation experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in luxury client services, VIP account management, or a similar role, preferably in private aviation or high-end hospitality.
• Strong understanding of private aviation operations, including trip planning, aircraft types, and industry regulations.
• Exemplary written and verbal interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with office software and CRM systems.
• Poise, adaptability, proactive problem-solving skills, and a strong commitment to luxury service and client satisfaction.
• Availability for occasional travel and participation in company events.
• Lawful authorization to work in the United States, two forms of Federal Identification, and successful completion of a comprehensive background check are required.
