What you will do

• Monitor customer acquisition, first-order conversion, and monthly active user KPIs across assigned markets.
• Analyse customer and funnel data to identify drop-offs among new and lapsed users before their first order.
• Design and run experiments, evaluate results, and support rollout decisions.
• Execute incentive and voucher adjustments and coordinate operational changes across countries.
• Work with local market, product, and data teams to implement growth priorities and align budgets.
• Prepare management reports and presentations with clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in business, statistics, analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and structured thinking with an interest in on-demand and food delivery.
• Comfort with hypothesis framing, experimentation, and acting on results.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables independently and meet deadlines.
• Advanced Excel proficiency; working knowledge of SQL is a strong advantage.

Nice to have

• Previous internship experience in a technology or high-growth company.
