What you will do

• Gather, organize, and interpret data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Build data pipelines, reports, dashboards, best practices, and analytical frameworks.
• Transform complex data formats into business and engineering metrics and actionable insights.
• Develop AI-enabled applications and automate manual workflows using statistical analysis, cloud data platforms, and AI technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and support leadership decision-making, process improvement, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, data analytics, statistics, mathematics, engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• Advanced experience using analytics to solve engineering problems, performing statistical analysis, and coding with SQL, Python, or R.
• Experience creating dashboards, reports, and structured datasets for business and engineering decisions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and statistical analysis skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with GCP analytics tools and data management.
• Experience designing ETL data pipelines and data models.
• Practical experience with AI/ML models, large language models, and AI-enabled workflow automation.
• Mandarin or French language skills.
• Experience managing stakeholder expectations and presenting solutions.
