Multi-Site Maintenance Supervisor (59423 & 59424)

Compensation: $30–$33 per hour

What you will do

• Inspect and oversee maintenance across Nova Townhomes and The Fulton.
• Perform repairs, make-readies, work orders, and other maintenance activities as needed.
• Plan and schedule preventive maintenance, prioritize work, and estimate job requirements.
• Lead, motivate, develop, and directly manage maintenance staff.
• Coordinate outside professionals, including electricians and plumbers, and support capital projects.
• Monitor building systems, maintenance quality, budgets, inventory, monthly reporting, KPIs, and health and safety compliance.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor.
• HVAC certification required.
• Basic computer skills required.
• In-depth knowledge of general maintenance processes, tools, appliances, and devices.
• Strong time management, organization, problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Valid driver's license and insurance preferred.
